Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed starting the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or a comparable delivery partner. Carrier selection depends on the destination and logistics requirements.

3. Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high carrier volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.

If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us at info@nomu-collective.com, and we will investigate the issue.

Tracking information is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
