We aim to display product information, descriptions, and colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to device settings or manufacturing differences. We may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for legitimate reasons.

An order is deemed accepted when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

If we must cancel or amend your order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error), we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
If payment has been taken and we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

Product prices are shown in GBP.

VAT is applied in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all orders placed via our website.

Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier delays, weather, strikes).

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All trademarks, product names, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. Use of such tools or sites is at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform but is not a party to your contract of sale with us.

All purchase, delivery, refund, and support obligations are solely between you and NOMU Collective.

Courts in England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
